Auckland Airport’s Wondertree Reopens to Guests

Emirates Leisure Retail is set to reopen Wondertree at Auckland Airport’s International Terminal today.
The opening marks the last of the company’s venues to relaunch following the pandemic and is a special day for Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand.
As part of the internationally recognised family restaurant branch, Wondertree Auckland Airport was originally created in partnership with the Greater Group to help guests “Travel Happy” in the often frantic airport environment.
The same concept will remain with the venue offering passengers a casual, relaxed setting in which to spend time before their flight.
“We are very excited to finally be able to open the doors once again and provide a unique, quality dining experience to guests travelling internationally,” said Sergejs Uljanovs, the venue’s Operations Manager.
The menu features authentic flavours with a twist on classically inspired dishes from around the globe. An all-day cooked English breakfast, exotic yet familiar mezze plates, halloumi skewers, Cajun-spiced ribs, signature Wonderslaw, and crispy prawn tacos are among the fresh and vibrant dishes available to be enjoyed by hungry travellers.
Guests can also sip a glass of regional wine, enjoy a tap-poured beer, or treat themselves to a classic cocktail or selection of spirits.
A full coffee service will also be available, along with fruit smoothies and freshly brewed iced tea.
The venue is set in an architecturally curated space with stunning views across the airfield through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Wondertree can be found in Auckland Airport’s International Terminal, past security on the upper level of the dining precinct.
