The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck Reopens at Sydney Airport

Emirates Leisure Retail Australia (ELRA) is set to reopen the doors of The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck to Sydney travellers today.
The flagship venue in ELRA’s network will bring airport guests a contemporary dining experience by way of lunch and dinner service.
ELRA’s Sydney Operations Manager, Torsten Fabian, has expressed there is much anticipation surrounding the launch.
“With two and a half years of not being able to trade, we are extremely excited to again be able to provide high-quality service at Wolfgang Puck,” Mr. Fabian said.
Executive General Manager Commercial, Mark Zaouk said: “It’s terrific to see The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck, one of our most popular food and beverage venues, throw open their doors once again at the T1 International terminal joining Heineken House and Kitchen by Mike.”
The menu will feature traditional bistro favourites like burgers, signature hand-stretched pizza, steak and salads, with an emphasis placed on using fresh, local ingredients.
A full beverage offering will also be available with beer, wine, and spirits being served straight out of neighbouring venue, Heineken House.
The venue features panoramic views of Sydney’s skyline and the airfield, offering guests a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere.
“This will be welcome news to passengers heading overseas with The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck serving up exceptional contemporary fare that’s perfect for relaxing pre-flight,” Mr. Zaouk said.
The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck is located in Terminal 1, international departures, just past duty free.
