Emirates Leisure Retail Takes Off At Singapore’s Changi Airport, Opening Landmark 1st Outlet, The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck

Marks a significant step in ELR’s continuing travel retail growth with its first full-service outlet at Changi Airport Terminal 3

 

The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck is ELR’s 3rd outlet in partnership with the acclaimed celebrity chef

 

Singapore: Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), one of the fastest growing travel retail groups globally, has opened the doors to welcome its first guests to the Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck at Singapore’s Changi Airport Terminal 3.

 

Following ELR’s successful bid to open 3 concessions at Changi Airport, The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck is the first ELR outlet to open and the spacious premium casual-dining eatery is already winning praise, where guests can choose to dine from the all-day menu or relax with a drink at the bar.

 

Travellers through Terminal 3 can enjoy the acclaimed celebrity chef’s renowned interpretation of global comfort fare using only the freshest, quality locally-sourced ingredients, set in a stunning outlet with a feature pizza oven at its heart providing the theatre. The outlet’s open plan design allows guests a perfect view, showcasing the excitement and energy of the restaurant which is further enhanced by the raised floor behind the kitchen counter – creating a culinary stage for the team to perform.

Further dishes that are unique to Changi Airport are the Spicy Chicken Potstickers, Asian BBQ Chicken Pizza, Steamed Scottish Salmon Hong Kong Style, and an Australian Ribeye with Kalbi Glaze. The menu will also feature one of Wolfgang’s staple dishes, the Chicken Salad, with napa cabbage, wontons, cashews and a ginger-sesame vinaigrette. For breakfast, we’ll offer an Eggs & Hash Bowl with sausage and a Smoked Salmon Bagel

 

For travellers looking for a refined place to enjoy their experience in Changi airport during the day, The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck also offers artisanal pizza, gourmet sandwiches, pasta, salads and entrees. Guests can also enjoy a range of speciality cocktails and Wolfgang Puck’s superb own label Red and White wine.

 

The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck will be Chef Wolfgang Pucks 3rd outlet in Singapore, and first premium casual offering. Having established himself in the upscale airport dining scene in the 80’s, he brought to life a service experience that travellers did not expect to find in an airport.  The fine-dining operations Spago and CUT opened in Singapore at Marina Bay Sands in 2010 and 2015, respectively. Both restaurants have been received with great success, including CUT earning a one-star rating in Singapore’s first edition of the Michelin Guide in 2016 and ELR are delighted to now offer the Chef’s casual dining experience to those travelling from Changi Airport.

 

There will also be a retail element, selling Chef Wolfgang Pucks acclaimed range of cookery books.

 

The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck will be located at Singapore’s Changi Airport T3 International, Departures / Transit, Level 2, next to The Butterfly Gardens

 

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner: 6.00am – 1.00am
