About Hudsons Coffee

The Hudsons Coffee story began twenty years ago in Melbourne Australia when two friends with a deep passion for coffee identified that the finest espressos that could be enjoyed in Europe, could not be experienced in Australia. That passion led to the first store opening in Elizabeth Street Melbourne in 1998. Hudsons Coffee is now enjoyed in over 90 stores throughout Australia, and most recently expanded Internationally to Singapore and soon to open in New Zealand. Hudsons Coffee is synonymous with consistent superior coffee, having sold the same ‘Premium Blend’ coffee since the first launched, to today.

The Hudsons Coffee experience doesn’t stop with coffee, it extends into the food cabinet with a fresh and convenient range of food on the go, for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

In 2009 Hudsons Coffee was acquired by Emirates Leisure Retail (Australia), who took Hudsons Coffee into a phase of domestic growth with a focus on franchising, and expansion into all major airports, hospitals and City and Regional locations.
