 The Taste Department (TTD) is the dedicated branded restaurant division within the Jumeirah Group tasked to set up and license innovative and successful casual dining restaurant concepts to partners worldwide.
The first restaurant brand to be developed under the division was the noodle house, with TTD pursuing ambitious plans for continuing exponential growth in coming years with master license agreements already signed in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon and India.
Operated in Oman & Abu Dhabi by Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), the noodle house presents the splendour of South East Asian cuisine in a fun, fresh and affordable fashion
Drawing inspiration from the crowded streets of Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok and Jakarta the noodle house offers an innovative menu comprising regional favourites, well complemented with authentic drinks, juices and cocktails.
 While food is served quickly - indeed, diners are often surprised at just how soon their meal arrives - the noodle house is also light years away from the standard concept of 'fast food'.
The surroundings are stylishly informal offering an unpretentious welcome to one and all, from the fashion-conscious on a night out to large groups of friends and family enjoying a leisurely get together.
